A first confirmation of the order is sent by email after the order is placed. After the package is shipped, final confirmation is sent. All orders require a signature upon delivery, we do not ship to PO boxes. Estimated delivery times are stated below:

TAXES AND DUTIES
For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
Rest of the World
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, that are set once the package reaches the country. In this case order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Charges for each order may differ as those are imposed directly by countries local customs.
The order can be return within 14 days upon delivery, in a perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following the delivery. Items are treated as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 month of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
To return your order, please, complete the details on the return form that you have received with purchased item and enclose it together with your returned item(s). Send your package to D.EFECT, Dzuku 22, LT-02164, Vilnius, Lithuania.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the shippment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payments at D.EFECT online store are processed using PayPal. With PayPal, customer’s financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming the transaction.
Such payment method sends the order to PayPal who receive and control it. If you have a registered PayPal account you can choose this for purchase without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, which means that customer can complete payment first, and then decide whether to save information in a PayPal account for future purchases or not.
Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
